Could you be the full-time hybrid Material Planner in West Mifflin, PA, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and strategic planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and proactive teammates. You'll ensure the optimization of inventory levels to maximize Free Cash Flow while simultaneously improving customer On-Time Delivery (OTD). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, production, and logistics), create and manage production orders for kit production activities, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Monitoring inventory and planning systems to manage sales orders, purchase orders, and production kits,

Maintaining the material master and inventory planning data for specific storage locations,
-
Creating and managing production orders to ensure timely kit production and delivery,
-
Scheduling components to align with production needs and delivery schedules,
-
Maintaining accuracy of MRP data and generating inventory and exception reporting,
-
Running weekly KPI and inventory reports as well as special reports as needed,

Maintaining all masterdata required for kit production, such as BOM and routing,
-
Utilizing strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and SAP for planning and reporting tasks"

Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or other related field,

Experience or understanding of material planning and scheduling in a supply chain context,

Knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management principles,

Familiarity with SAP software,

Proven ability to monitor and report on inventory and planning systems,
-
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office,

Skills in creating and managing production orders for kit production
