Your Role, Your Impact

  • Develop and optimize production schedules to ensure scalability and alignment with project milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and logistics to synchronize material flow and capacity planning.
  • Monitor production reliability using ERP systems such as SAP to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Drive innovation in planning processes through digital tools and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across planning and operations teams to enhance efficiency and standardization.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or business administration
  • 3 years of experience in supply chain or plannin, preferred
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for production planning.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze capacity and demand data to optimize workflows.
  • Experience coordinating with supply chain and engineering teams to align production goals.
  • Knowledge of industrial planning tools such as MRP.

  • Achievement of delivery timelines and adherence to production targets.
  • Effective collaboration and communication across planning and operations teams.
  • Reduction in production bottlenecks and improvement in resource utilization.
