Could you be the full-time onsite Configuration Management in West Mifflin, PA, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and systematic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll drive and monitor the configuration and change management processes for our Automated People Mover (APM) vehicle documentation, ensuring precision and compliance throughout the vehicle's lifecycle. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing), facilitate key stakeholder meetings, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Identifying and verifying the items to be put under configuration control (Configuration Items and/or Target Items),
-
Creating and maintaining the Configuration Item List and/or the Target Item List for Configuration Baselines,
-
Preparing and publishing the Configuration Baselines and/or Target Configuration Releases as planned,
-
Ensuring that configuration data is recorded and documented, monitoring its compliance,
-
Investigating deviations from Configuration Baseline Types and the Target Configurations and managing inconsistencies,
-
Ensuring the configuration rules are known and followed by all stakeholders, including suppliers,
-
Facilitating the electrical event management and integrating it into the Change Management Process when necessary,

Following up the field modifications for all parts of the APM,

Preparing, extracting, and communicating Configuration Status Accounting Reports

Degree in Engineering/Project Management/Business Management or related field,

Experience or understanding of Configuration and Change Management processes,

Knowledge of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, and/or Industrialization,

Familiarity with Alstom standard information systems of the digital chain (PDM, SAP, Change Tools, etc.),
-
Systematic, structured, and proactive approach to work,

Continuous improvement mindset,

Excellent communication skills
