We currently have an  exciting opportunity for a Day-Shift Logistics Coordinator (Storesperson) to join the South Dynon, West Melbourne team. This is a full-time position and would suit a reliable, flexible, and hardworking candidate who is able to work well in a team environment and work different roster patterns where required. This role will report to the site respective Warehouse Manager.


Respponsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Recieving/ Dispatch of materials 
  • Loading/Unloading of materials 
  • Quality in-inspection and off-site inspections of stock;
  • Returning repairable items to Suppliers;
  • Processing and updating of inventory records – Including updating all asset movements in Maximo;
  • Preparation of servicing, overhaul, change-out kits;
  • Organising and coordination of couriers / freight to various locations;
  • Carry out inventory stock takes and spot checks;
  • Operating Forklift 
  • Other requirements as directed by the Fleet Maintenance Logistics Lead and respective site Supervisor Service Maintenance (VLine).


Key Requirements:

  • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Excel;
  • Holds an Victorian drivers and forklift licences;
  • Be willing to undertake further training to achieve additional qualifications if required.
