Coordinate all actions leading to the final deployment of field modifications on customer sites

Key accountabilities:

  • She/He will Plan and coordinate the establishment of field modification files and any other relevant documentation, the necessary qualified staffing and liaise with procurement to ensure timely supplies of associated tools and materials, interfacing with the production site and the PI team
  • Verify of field modification files including test procedure (complete, availability, validation)
  • Coordinate and ensure timely deployment (and optimization of train downtime) of all modification in collaboration with the Project management, PI and the customer
  • Ensure quality, cost and delays of the field modifications through selection of appropriate competences (e.g. special processes)
  • Communicate to all parties’ progress and configurations during the field modification deployment
  • Ensure deployment of the field modification to all relevant components and parts including consignment stock and capital spares, where applicable
  • Support PrPIM in all field modification related matters
  • Implemente and enforce EHS requirements on PI customer site with the support of EHS team representatives
  • Ensure PI processes are respected
  • Ensure the implementation of appropriate action plans if any deviation or non-conformity in perimeter of FM implementation
  • Supervise Supplier modification implementation if necessary
  • Ensure data management & update regarding FM are reported in the relevant tools


Performance measurements:

  • Respect of QCD for field modification deployment
  • Availability of Rolling Stock after field modification deployment
  • Customer acceptance and quality level of final field modification
  • Respect of EHS rules and work-related processes



Educational Requirements


  • Certified Technician or Undergraduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
  • Minimum IT knowledge
  • Internal EHS training


  • Graduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
  • English



  • Several years of customer depot or warehouse environment
  • Understanding and experience with Logistics issues
