Could you be the full-time remote Senior Project Contract Manager in Poland we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your contract and claim management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding Alstom’s interests by driving proactive contract and claim management strategies, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Finance and Legal), provide training to key stakeholders on contract and claim management, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
· Guidance and leadership in contract management practices,
· Development of strategies for extensions of time and variation orders,
· Collaboration with the Project Manager and core project team,
· Implementation of contract amendments in line with project requirements,
· Effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the contract process,
· Maintenance of robust documentation to support claim files,
· Ensuring compliance with Alstom’s business objectives,
· Driving proactive claim management,
· Continuous improvement of contract management processes.

· Degree in Law, Engineering, Finance, Technical, Economics, or Business,
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Contract Management,
· Knowledge of contractual issues and complex contracts with public authorities,
· Knowledge of risk mitigation strategies and contract negotiation,
· Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish,
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment,
· Proactive mindset with a focus on leadership and collaboration,
· Resilience and adaptability to navigate challenges effectively.
