Could you be the full-time Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer in Warsaw we’re looking for?

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

 

You'll play a key role in ensuring the deployment and compliance of Alstom’s Quality Management System (QMS) within the Service organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (local “Quality métiers” functions, site management teams), provide effective support through training and coaching, and oversee process governance and risk management.

 

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating Alstom and Region Line processes and methods locally, but also ensuring the QMS documentation is managed, updated, and communicated effectively.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating the local deployment of Alstom and Region Line processes, methods, and tools

  • Ensuring process governance, risk, and opportunity management with site stakeholders

  • Providing training and day-to-day coaching to local teams on process application

  • Ensuring site QMS conformance with Alstom standards, customer standards, and ISO certifications

  • Organizing internal audits and monitoring their achievement

  • Preparing and analyzing QMS assessments conducted by certification bodies and customers

  • Managing action plans resulting from internal and external audits

  • Organizing and consolidating results from Process Reviews and Quality Management Reviews

  • University degree, preferably in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technology

  • Experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving tools

  • Understanding of how audits are performed

  • Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM, EN15085) and quality tools

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Fluent in Polish & English

  • Rigor and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the railway industry, including norms and certifications
