As Project Procurement Manager within Procurement Community we are looking for a person whose main duties will be:

  • Define and implement the Project Procurement Strategy in full respect of Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) commitments (Q : Project Go First Article Inspection (FAI) On-Time ; C : Cost reduction vs. Budget ; D:  Go Order On-Time)
  • Creation of purchasing plans to ensure the right project execution
  • PO placement on the project,
  • Responsible for cost follow - up of materials, transports, c-class, CONQ,
  • Sourcing work package owner
  • Manage the sourcing activity of the Project
  • Communicate project needs and ensures they are properly taken into account
  • Leads cost improvement plans

 

 

 

Expected competences:

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Polish
  • SAP/ERP knowledge
  • Experience in project Purchasing management as an advantage
  • Bachelor/master degree,
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Communication skills & Team spirit
  • Ability to challenge
  • Results oriented
  • Rigorous and structured
