Could you be the full-time Maintenance Manufacturing Specialist in Warsaw we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance planning and operational coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the effective planning and execution of preventive maintenance for the TRAXX locomotive fleet, contributing to the reliability and availability of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with maintenance, operations, and workshop teams, manage inspection schedules, and ensure the availability of tools and resources required for maintenance execution, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of maintenance-related administrative tasks, such as documentation management and work order coordination, but also align maintenance plans with operational needs to support continuous improvement in our maintenance organization.
We’ll look to you for:

Planning and coordinating preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections for TRAXX locomotives

Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules aligned with operational requirements

Managing maintenance-related administration, including documentation, work orders, and data consistency

Supporting tool inventory management and availability for maintenance activities
-
Collaborating with maintenance and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of planned maintenance

Monitoring maintenance plans execution and supporting corrective actions where deviations occur

Contributing to standardization and continuous improvement of maintenance planning processes

Technical background or experience in railway maintenance, rolling stock, or similar asset-intensive environments

Experience in maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, or technical operations support

Good understanding of scheduled maintenance processes and fleet availability drivers

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working with maintenance systems, schedules, and technical documentation

Ability to cooperate effectively with workshop, maintenance, and operations teams

Good communication skills and fluency in English
