Ensure Product Quality compliance according to Customer & Internal specifications.

Deploy Industrial Quality Standards per manufacturing process during manufacturing to improve IQ Performance.

Accountability & Authorities:

• Manage IQ activities in relevant workshop : People, Process & Performance,
• Perform analysis to lead efficient Line Quality Animation with industrial cross function team,
• Stop the production if needed for mandatory reason (e.g. Safety impact needed rework),
• Implement & Regularly update of Quality Control Plans,
• Manage Internal NCR: Support NCR team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodology (e.g. QRQC),
• Participate in Customer Inspections,
• Qualify manufacturing teams regarding the Self-Inspection,
• Manage Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection),
• Perform Workstation Audit & Follow-up,
• Perform or participate to inspections of products when required (e.g. PCx),
• Ensure availability of Car History Book & Compliance of the manufactured products before shipping.
