Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Warsaw we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

 

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring product quality compliance with customer and internal specifications. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance), perform analyses to drive operational excellence, and implement quality control plans to enhance performance.

 

You’ll specifically take care of deploying industrial quality standards per manufacturing process and managing internal non-conformance reports, but also support customer inspections and ensure compliance of manufactured products before shipping.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing Industrial Quality (IQ) activities in the relevant workshop, including people, processes, and performance

  • Leading effective line quality animation with cross-functional teams

  • Stopping production if necessary to address critical issues, such as safety concerns

  • Implementing and regularly updating Quality Control Plans

  • Supporting the completion and closure of internal non-conformance reports using problem-solving methodologies

  • Qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection processes

  • Managing and updating workstation dynamic checklists

  • Performing workstation audits and follow-ups

  • Participating in or performing product inspections as required

  • Ensuring the availability of Car History Books and compliance of manufactured products before shipping


All about you

  • Degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical, or equivalent)

  • Experience or understanding of quality processes and industrial-level operations

  • Knowledge of quality tools such as problem-solving methodologies and Lean Six Sigma

  • Familiarity with reading technical drawings, specifications, and using test equipment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Technical knowledge of railway products is a plus

  • Familiarity with quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, etc.)
