Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive product industrialization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in shaping the industrial landscape of our engineering solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (product lines, supply chain management, quality assurance), optimize product standardization and lifecycle management, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing industrial review, creating and following industrial scheme and industrial planning for the product you are responsible for,

  • Being the technical support with suppliers and accountable for communicating definition file, standards, and technical information,

  • Managing the manufacturing and test tools used by the vendors and preparing tooling for new product introduction,

  • Managing lead time and product cost,

  • Defining Make or Buy scheme and contributing to technical transfers, resourcing, double source, and business case preparation,

  • Being the interface to manage mockup and prototype,

  • Defining product cost breakdown structure

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or other related field.,

  • Experience or understanding of industrial environment and product lifecycle management.,

  • Knowledge of co-engineering principles and Design For Manufacturing rules.,

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.,

  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.,

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact at all levels within internal and external organizations.,

  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and precision.
