Design d'un module (Electronique Modulaire) intégrant un FPGA Artix7 , avec ses alimentations locales, sa mémoire de configuration.

Objectifs:

• intégrer l'ensemble des fonctions sur une petite surface de 45x45mm
• Définir un pinout du module adapté aux différents usages sur les futures cartes I/O
• Gérer les différents nœuds de tension d'IO 1.8V, 2.5V et 3.3V
• Evaluer la pertinence du nouveau process/ nouvelle instruction décrivant le développement Interposer/Electronique modulaire.
