The HealthHub Signalling is the condition monitoring and predictive maintenance digital solution developed by Alstom to improve the availability and the Life Cycle Cost of Urban and Mainline Transportation Signalling assets and systems. Taking part of the development of this Program, the Data Architect team leads the design and architecture deployment of HealthHub Signalling solution in close collaboration with the business stakeholders, System and development teams.



  • Understand customer (both internal & external) needs and provide an architecture design to answer these needs 
  • Own the overall technical vision of the solution regarding scalability, security, performances, reliability, maintainability, deployability and recovery
  • Lead technical team to define, develop, manage & sustain the data solution including storage, processing units 
  • Build streaming and data processing in batch and near-real time flows
  • Apply data management and cybersecurity to components following Alstom’s processes
  • Support projects in their development of data – driven solutions
  • Evaluate the opportunities from new technologies
  • Apply a strong testing and quality assurance practices
  • Applying DevOps methodology
  • Contribute to the development of the data competency within the company



  • Extensive knowledge of data processing and software development using open-source technologies. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS or GCP
  • Knowledge of Linux environment.
  • Good understanding of the Apache open-source ecosystem
  • Knowledge of network and security: SSL, certificates.
  • Experience using devops technologies: GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab-CI, Ansibles …


  • Experience in developing solution with Apache Spark, Apache Kafka and/or Nifi for production. 
  • Knowledge of data governance tools
  • Knowledge of Elastic/ELK stack
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Knowledge of virtualization / hypervision
  • Knowledge about Machine Learning
  • Experience of SQL (Postgres, MariaDB, MySQL…) and No-SQL (MongoDB, Cassandra…) in production



  • Proven track record for designing stable solution, testing and debugging.
  • Proven experience in deploying and maintaining solution on cloud and/or on premise 
  • Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through
  • Proven experience in providing technical guidance to teams 
  • Proven experience in customer expectations management 
  • Proven experience in applying software development & deployment processes
  • Demonstrated technical guidance with worldwide teams
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
  • Proven capabilities with worldwide teams 
  • Fluent English. French is a plus.
