Within Alstom's Digital & Integrated Systems division, our Villeurbanne Development Center is in charge of designing and industrializing Alstom's Signalling Products.

You will be attached to the Techno Center in the Wayside Signaling Products division to manage a program aimed at Unifying the interfaces of track signaling products. All of the solutions will then consume the elements delivered, also allowing inter-operability.
Program/Product Manager (M/F)
Based in Villeurbanne (69) 20 minutes by public transport from Part Dieu train station
YOUR ROLE :
As “Program Manager”, you ensure the completion of the following missions:
• Elaborate the program roadmap, the delivery plan, and maintaining the system in operational conditions.
• Define, monitor, consolidate QCD development performance analyses, propose action plans linked to the program performance indicators (consolidation of work packages, consolidation of physical and financial progress curves, etc.)
• Manage developments relating to your portfolio of systems and products,
• Manage the program's actions in connection with the MAINLINE offers currently being implemented (planning activities, coordination of technical analyses, consolidation of costings, planning of developments consistent with the roadmap, responses to the offer teams, etc.)
• Operationally manage the Metier resources allocated to the program, provide leadership and ensure that the program teams fulfil efficiently its duties, including Projects technical support.
• Carry out regular reporting to management
• Ensure interface with different users, internal and external customers.
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES :
• Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects
• Engineering background for 5-10 years including project deployment full lifecycle view in international context (systems, software, V&V, Safety)
• QCD : Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
• Hands-on experience on Customer relationship on deliverables and scope management
• Communication skills in a technical environment
• Interpersonal skills (teamwork and leadership)
• Risk assessment & opportunities and ability to anticipate and mobilize team to reach objective
