Could you be the full-time Program Development Manager – Embedded Networks & Connectivity Products in Villeurbanne we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in embedded Networks & Connectivity electronic product development and technical team management in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and passionate teammates.
You'll play a crucial role in leading engineering projects for products, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments are met. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate actively with our engineering experts based in Bangalore, fostering seamless communication and joint problem-solving across time zones, supervising resources for software development and validation, coordinating with technical leads from various stakeholders, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing product engineering and development activities, but also coordinate feedback from the maintenance phase to enhance products and processes.
We’ll look to you for:

Lead and coordinate cross-site development initiatives, ensuring strong alignment and synergy between our technology hubs in Villeurbanne and Bangalore.

Ensuring knowledge transfer and implementing resources for software development and validation.

Providing technical authority over the product and its architecture throughout the lifecycle.

Guaranteeing Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments.

Coordinating exchanges with stakeholders and technical leads.

Driving innovation and optimizing technical solutions.

Fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

Degree in engineering (software, telecommunications, electronics, industrial computing, or equivalent).

Approximately 5 years’ experience in embedded electronic product development under real-time operating systems (Linux).

Proven experience in managing technical teams.

Fluency in English to excel in an international environment.

Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

Adaptability and ability to work in a team with transparency and collaboration.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
