Job Title: Cybersecurity Performance Manager - Supplier Management (F/H/X)

MISSIONS
As a Cybersecurity Performance Manager within the "Cybersecurity Governance and Expertise" entity, you will leverage your experience in change management and subcontracting oversight to deploy activities for monitoring suppliers of procured products across offers, developments, and projects, at a global level within Alstom.
Your contributions will specifically include:
- Coordinating business needs across offers, projects, platforms, and R&D programs.
- Maintaining the internal framework for supplier qualification and defining a set of generic organizational requirements applicable to all suppliers.
- Managing and overseeing the activities and deliverables associated with the subcontracting units related to the monitoring of product suppliers.
- Consolidating supplier commitments in relation to the Cybersecurity Resilience Act (EU Dec 2027).
You will interface with the following organizations throughout Alstom:
- Procurement (Commodity Director, Commodity Manager, Buyer)
- Supplier Quality (Supplier Quality Development, Supplier Quality Product Development)
- Regions (Offer, Project: Cyber Bid Technical Manager, Project Cybersecurity Manager)
- Platform (Platform VP, Program Manager, Cyber Platform Director/Manager)
REQUIRED PROFILE
You should be a graduate of an engineering school, preferably in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or a generalist field.
The required skills for this position include:
- Understanding the cybersecurity challenges and their impact on railway products and solutions
- Supporting/deploying change within an organization
- Ability to work transversally at various levels of the organization
- Oversight of subcontracting units
- Managing suppliers of products based on specifications
- Project management
- Cybersecurity auditing
- Adaptability, autonomy, and proactive capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English (written, spoken, and presentations)
