In liaise with Train Control Solution Director he reports to, Close Control Electronics Sub-System Manager is in charge to set, drive and sustain Train Close Control Electronics development Program and associated Products

 

Your mission :

 

You are in charge of setting, driving and sustaining Train Close Control Electronics development programs and associated products.

You will report to the Train Control Solution Director.

 

Your responsibilities :

 

  • Capture and Define user needs and ensure sustaining requirements are defined, in conjunction with all Components Product family users (internal customers)
  • Ensure consistency between Close Control Electronics products development Roadmap and Train Control Solution roadmap
  • Support and drive Close Control Electronics convergence in the frame of ALSTOM and BOMBARDIER merge in liaise with stakeholders (Rolling Stocks platforms & Internal customers)
  • Develop and Validate Business Case for any Technology Refresh, Technology Update and enhancement of Close Control Electronics product family
  • Manage periodic review meetings with Digital & Infrastructure Systems (D&IS) product development, support development centers and key projects users
  • Manage Performance Indicators for development and sustaining activities (Customer Satisfaction, Profitability, Plan delivery, gate reviews on time)
  • Support deployment and users within Engineering organization

 

Your profile  :

You have been holding a technical role in Embedded Electronics products development in rail way or comparable industry with international matrix organization (5 Years min) where you have demonstrated your commitment to QCD and ability to influence others for successful shared decisions making process.

Graduated from an Engineering Degree or equivalent, you are fluent in English. You are open to travel.
