Could you be the full-time Procurement Officer (f/m/d) in Villeneuve we’re looking for?

 

Your Future Role

In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and maintain multiple units, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You’ll report to Charles MARI, Site Supply Chain Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

 

We’ll look for you to :

  • Define & Control Buy Material Master Data)
  • Manage Material Availability (missing parts)
  • Manage Specific Conditions for Vendors
  • Manage Purchasing Document for Stock Items
  • Manage Acknowledgement of Purchasing Document for Stock Items
  • Follow-Up Needs Expression & Deliveries
  • Manage Capacity Self-Declarations)
  • (Manage Supply  Chain & Capacity audit)
  • Consolidate Vendor Demand Multi-Business / Multi-Site)
  • Coordinate Delivery Crisis Solving)
     

All About You

  • Previous experience in material requirements planning and supply chain management
  • Fluent in English and French; German would be a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel tools
  • Basic skills in project management, products and services knowledge
