 Train Design Engineer (m/w/d)


We are currently looking for an ambitious and flexible Train Design Engineer for our site in Vienna, Austria.


Purpose of the job:

In the position as Train Design Engineer you are reporting directly to the Train Design Metier Manager. Therefore, you are a very important link between the management and the engineering team and you are supporting the team in different ways to allow them to support their quality, cost and time objectives.


Your responsibilities will include:


•    Definition and integration of cost reduction measures.
•    Lead standardization in alignment with the platform management.
•    Support the engineering team on design reviews and ensure quality objectives.
•    Take the lead on project non-conformities.
•    Support the Train Design management.


Key requirements:


•    At least 3 Years’ experience in the Design Engineering field.
•    Fluency in English and German language.

According to the collective agreement, the minimum salary for this position is 3.184,29€ gross/month on a full-time basis (14 times a year). An overpayment is possible depending on relevant professional experience and/or qualifications.
