We are currently looking to recruit a Planning & Performance Expert(m/f/d) 
in Vienna, Austria

 

YOUR ROLE:
As a Planning & Performance Expert you will support the Planning & Performance Manager and the Light Rail Engineering Management Team in the successful completion of their assigned tasks within schedule, allocated budgets and scope to the required quality.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Manage the Off-Cycle / On-Cycle Business Workflow incl. budget process, quarterly finance forecasts, Early Phase Project Reviews, EAC Reviews.
•    Support the Planning & Performance Manager in driving the governance –Reporting, Gate & Product Reviews.
•    Consolidate financial and planning data from all Engineering functions.
•    Manage the resource planning (resource allocation, time booking, interface with Controller, consolidation of data, capacity planning charts).
•    Support Engineering functions with data to facilitate cost deviation requests.
•    Ensure correct resource and headcount data in the planning tool (Primavera P6) and budget files.
•    Prepare and support internal and external audits.
•    Apply relevant Alstom processes, guidelines and tools (Primavera P6, SAP).

 

QUALIFCATIONS:
•    Engineering or Business Administration Degree.
•    Financial Business Management education/training.
•    Fluent in German and English.
•    Initiative.
