  • Steering, monitoring, control and support of the implementation of the Alstom Performance System (APSYS) in Vienna
  • Advance a culture of continuous improvement and Lean philosophy
  • Reporting of site KPIs
  • Identify, lead and implement process improvement projects
  • Manage Kaizen events
  • Implementation of Lean tools like Value Stream Mapping and 5S
  • Lean training and coaching
  • Preparation of annual central audit with the Domain coordinators
  • Best practice sharing
  • Reports to the Site APSYS Leader



  • Bachelor or Master degree (technical)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in production/operations environment
  • Collaboration and team working, critical thinking and problem solving
  • Continuous improvements expert (Six Sigma Green Belt or higher)
  • Skilled communicator, coach, trainer
  • Data driven and courageous - Ability to manage teams in cross and multicultural relationships

The minimum salary for this position is € 2.886,72 gross / month (14 x) for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.
