We’ll look to you to:

  • Ensure full execution of the program in line with R&D macro-processes.
  • Drive Quality, Cost and Delivery performance according to governance decisions.
  • Ensure proper application of governance rules related to budget, authorizations, and work package funding.
  • Coordinate with technical specialists to resolve engineering difficulties.
  • Oversee risks, mitigation plans, innovations and interfaces.
  • Follow granted budgets and authorizations and monitor EVM (Earned Value Management) indicators and expenses.
  • Report to the management about the progress of the R&D program
  • Prepare and lead the PRB (Program Review Board) and monthly R&D reviews.
  • Ensure proper tracking and closure of action lists.

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Background in project management or R&D program management
  • Experience in multidisciplinary R&D environments and technology development cycles
  • Strong decision-making and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in stakeholder coordination and program management
  • Understanding of governance rules and R&D structures
  • Fluent in English (Swedish/French is a plus)
