Could you be the full-time Summer worker – Talent Acquisition in Västerås we’re looking for?
Your future role
Are you passionate about people and curious about talent acquisition? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven colleague to join our team this summer! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring processes and candidate experience while making a real impact.
You’ll play an important role in delivering the organisation's recruitment efforts, partnering with specific areas of the business, being visible in the organization, whilst also collaborating with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team.
We’ll look to you for:
- · Support TA team with daily tasks: references, CVs reviews, interview scheduling.
- · Run full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reference checks and offer negotiation.
- · Proactively use local job boards and finding passive candidates.
- · Partner closely with hiring managers, creating an effective talent pipeline to support our business.
- · Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- · Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
