Could you be the full-time onsite Reporting & Budgeting Controller in Vasteras, SE we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside meticulous, collaborative, and proactive teammates. You'll lead the charge in enhancing our financial integrity and transparency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (accounting, audit, procurement), streamline our reporting processes, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions,

  • Helping to develop and maintain accounting policies,

  • Leading financial reporting projects, such as implementation of changes in accounting standards,

  • Managing relationships with external auditors,

  • Reviewing publicly disclosed corporate financial information for accuracy and consistency,

  • Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory,

  • Communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies,

  • Participating in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments, current financial legislation, and company policies and procedures,

  • Following up and analysing financial performances, ad-hoc tasks,

  • Preparing and communicating internal financial reports, preparing month closing, assisting in year end closing"


All about you

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,

  • Experience or understanding of corporate financial reporting and budgeting,

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices,

  • Familiarity with financial software and Excel; SAP experience is a plus,

  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written,

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects,

  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to participate in ongoing education opportunities
