Could you be the full-time onsite Reporting & Budgeting Controller in Vasteras, SE we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside meticulous, collaborative, and proactive teammates. You'll lead the charge in enhancing our financial integrity and transparency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (accounting, audit, procurement), streamline our reporting processes, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Control the liquidity short term and long term of the site business and specifically projects in force on site.

  • Ensure the reliability of the forecasting system for the short term and long-term liquidity (weekly process, Quarter Forecast and Budget) and provide reliable data.

  • Analyse the funding needs of the projects in liaison with Site Controller, Customer Director Finance Controller and Project Controllers.

  • Provide follow up on the global cash cycle through the Projects and site balance sheet and analyse the working capital improvement levers.

  • Make sure that continuous improvement and action plans are in place through the Site and specifically on projects to generate operating cash flows.

  • Liaise with the Cash management team and Country FD to make them aware of the site cash status and push to put preventative measures in place to achieve the objectives of the site

  • Support actions to reduce overdue level 

  • Control bonds expired and manage actions to reduce them

  • Train and support the main players in the site
    o    on the importance of cash and how to improve it. ie what levers we have to improve.
    o    by making the project teams aware of the importance of their role in the cash generation process and the potential levers available to them to improve the liquidity of their project.

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,

  • Experience or understanding of corporate financial reporting and budgeting,

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices,

  • Familiarity with financial software and Excel; SAP experience is a plus,

  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written,

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects,

  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to participate in ongoing education opportunities
