Could you be our full-time Project Planner we are looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the project schedule, ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
We’ll look to you for:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and project plans
- Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify potential issues or delays
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with Alstom processes and standards for project management
- Manage risks and opportunities related to schedule and project resources
- Provide regular reports on project progress to management and stakeholders
- Support the project team in driving the project to successful completion

- Degree in engineering or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Planner, ideally in a relevant industry (rail, transport, logistics, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools and techniques (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, Prince2)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with ability to effectively manage deadlines and competing prioritie
- English and Swedish knowledge.
