• Support engineering in the design of cost competitive solutions
• Assess and suggest alternative scenarios
• Reinforce Procurement supplier negotiation thanks to should cost analysis

• Challenge design and supplier quotes through detailed cost modelling and benchmarking activities.
• Analyze key cost drivers including materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain factors, and propose optimized technical solutions
• Establish governance processes and monitor key success factors for design-to-cost initiatives, and much more.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strongly determined
• Attracted by costing
• Interested in applying analytical and problem-solving skills
• Enjoys self-learning
• Good communication skills
• Collaboration & leadership skills to enable cross-functional team-working
• Willing to work in a dynamic and innovative environment

• Understanding of product competitiveness
• Knowledge of industrial processes
