Could you be the full-time onsite Material Planner in Vasteras, SE we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll play a critical role in coordinating Supply Chain and Procurement activities for crash repairs, from the design to the execution phase, and representing these functions within the Project Core Team.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, and project management), ensure seamless communication between stakeholders, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing and maintaining material planning strategies aligned with project timelines and objectives,
  • Ensuring the availability of materials required for crash repair projects by closely monitoring inventory and procurement activities,
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless execution of repair plans,
  • Managing supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance for required materials. ,
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with material shortages or delays in the supply chain,
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize material planning and improve overall supply chain efficiency ,
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for material planning within the Project Core Team,
  • Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on material planning progress and challenges.

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field ,
  • Experience or understanding of supply chain processes, procurement activities, and project coordination,
  • Knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and procurement systems/tools ,
  • Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration and project lifecycle management ,
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ,
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively ,
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment
  • English & Swedish full proficiency
