Could you be the full-time onsite Finance Business Partner for our Services Product Line in Vasteras, SE we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive financial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, strategic, and supportive teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our Services Product Line. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Project Controllers and Cost Controllers), assist and advise the Product Line Managing Director on all financial matters, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Providing leadership to a team of Project Controllers and Cost Controllers,
  • Following project controlling from tendering to cash collection,
  • Ensuring optimization of processes and driving changes towards group core model,
  • Presenting the Product line’s results to the Nordics management and Nordics Finance Director,
  • Ensuring reporting compliance to group guidelines,
  • Advising and supporting the Finance Director Sweden, with a dotted line to Nordics,
  • Ensuring that all operational managers in the Product line get the adequate support from the finance organization

  • An MBA or equivalent educational background in Finance,
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring and reporting,
  • Experience or understanding of financial management in a project-driven environment,
  • High proficiency in English and Swedish and effective communication,
  • Demonstrated experience with cash flow management and forecasting,
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to lead through others,
  • Experience in technical industries is considered a merit.
