Could you be the full-time onsite Configuration Manager in Vasteras, SE we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your change and configuration management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in maintaining the integrity of project structures through effective Change & Configuration management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance), issue and monitor action plans for Change Orders, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Implementing and leading the configuration and change management process in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Engineer,

  • Collecting Quality, Cost, Delivery impacts of project changes,

  • Issuing the configuration and change management plan,

  • Ensuring all team members understand and apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP),

  • Managing documentation requirements from the Customer,

  • Organizing and managing project evolutions through structured change activities


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,

  • Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices,

  • Familiarity with documentation management systems and best practices,

  • Knowledge of change & configuration processes in a project environment,

  • Proven track record of adaptability in dynamic project settings,

  • Resilience and leadership skills to drive project success,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • English & Swedish ( high level of proficiency)
