Could you be the full-time onsite Cash Controller in Vasteras, SE we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned financial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, analytical, and proactive teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and liquidity of our site's business operations and ongoing projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Site Controllers, Customer Director Finance Controllers, and Project Controllers), ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our liquidity forecasting systems, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Analysing the funding needs of the projects in liaison with Site Controller, Customer Director Finance Controller, and Project Controllers,

  • Providing follow up on the global cash cycle through the Projects and site balance sheet and analyse the working capital improvement levers,

  • Ensuring that continuous improvement and action plans are in place through the Site and specifically on projects to generate operating cash flows,

  • Liaising with the Cash management team and Country FD to make them aware of the site cash status and push to put preventative measures in place to achieve the objectives of the site,

  • Supporting actions to reduce overdue level,

  • Controlling bonds expired and manage actions to reduce them,

  • Training and supporting the main players in the site on the importance of cash and how to improve it,

  • Making the project teams aware of the importance of their role in the cash generation process and the potential levers available to them to improve the liquidity of their project,

  • Providing reliable data through a structured forecasting system,

  • Implementing and monitoring preventative measures to maintain site cash flow stability


All about you

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,

  • Experience or understanding of financial forecasting and liquidity management,

  • Knowledge of cash flow analysis and working capital optimization,

  • Familiarity with financial software and advanced Excel skills,

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills,

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,

  • Resilience in facing challenges and meeting tight deadlines,

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
