SAP Service France Key User (m/f)
based in Valenciennes- Petite Forêt.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
As part of the IS Tool Engineering Team, the primary purpose of the SAP Service France Key User role is to ensure support for all the users across the Services Execution France department, to administrate SAP for all service activities follow up and to maintain and configure the system depending on the projects’ needs.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
• Serves as first line of support for users’ questions. 
• Has a comprehensive understanding of how the system works and why.
• Works to understand and resolve system errors.
• Understands limitations of the system and assists business users in developing procedures to meet reporting requirements.
• Develops training materials and trains, as necessary.
• Service provider for implementation, integration, and consulting of SAP Application.
• Responsibility for requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, user training conducting, application documentation and interface to end customers.
• Understands business organization and related needs as well as the group model and guidelines, set solid processes, optimize tools and ensures optimal coordination within the relevant stakeholders.
• Promotes "best practice" approach, suggesting and driving further improvements of existing processes.

QUALIFICATION AND FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGES:
•Ideally a Master Degree in Engineering.
•Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience on SAP Procurement module  and in addition knowledge of Material Planning and sales module
•The knowledge on reporting tools (SAP-BI) is an asset.
•Experience in railway industry is a plus.
•Strong analytical and reporting skills.
•Ability to research complex issues and recommend solutions.
•Ability to communicate openly and in a target-oriented way with all relevant stakeholders ensuring a constant dialog and being able to address different points of view on operating topics.
•French and English are mandatory.
