The Process Performance Improvement (PPI) manager is in charge of managing the Quality process efficiency and continuous improvement through the set-up and monitoring of performance tools, relevant analysis and action plan to support performance.
Your responsibilities :
- Develop Quality Culture & Right First Time Approach
- Drive continuous improvement plans to analyze and reduce the costs of non quality (CONQ), non conformity (NCR) , Safety issues and Demerit
- Ensure the coordination and deployment of continuous improvement tools (APSYS, Problem solving, Control plans, data analysis, REX)
- Train and coach people on the site on the tools of the Quality School (8D, QRQC, A3, Six Sigma) and support site problem solving culture
- Analyze performance indicators to identify key drivers and opportunities for improvement
- Lead continuous improvement projects/workshops
- Perform internal and external benchmarking
Knowledge and experience :
Master degree (engineering or business school) and Six Sigma Black Belt certified with 10 years of experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving tools. Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Ability to manage teams in cross and multicultural relationships, you are customer oriented and like team working. You are naturally data driven and got good communication skills.
English & French written and spoken is mandatory.
