PrQSM Leader & Tender Quality (M/F)

 

Location: Valenciennes, with some travels and/or missions

 

What are my responsibilities?

Ensure, at site level, the hierarchical management of several Project Quality and Safety manager (PrQSM), and be responsible for all Quality topics in Tender Phase

Reporting & Links:

  • Hierarchical report: Site PrQSM Leader
  • Team : between 5 and 10 PrQSM

 

Responsibilities :

Management of Quality aspects in Tender phase :

  • Make sure that the gate reviews are planned and that the process TEN-PRO-001 is followed.
  • Ensure the application of the REX coming from ongoing Projects.
  • Deploy a Quality dashboard for all Tenders.
  • Bring the Quality aspects to the bid, answering to the requests from the customers
  • Identify risks and alerting in case of a problem

Hierarchical Management of PrQSM :

  • Anticipate resource needs and ensure consolidation of the PrQSM workload
  • Elaborate the yearly training plan for its teams and proposes the qualifications
  • Manage the PMC (People Management Cycle) of his team
  • Control the application of the Development for Quality (DFQ) process
  • Ensure consistency between the project QCD (Quality Cost Delay) objectives and the customer's satisfaction
  • Ensure, with EQ that all the REX of all the métiers have been considered in the Risks & Opportunities
  • Ensure the performance of the following KPI : DFQ Lookahead, Customer Satisfaction, Number of client major NC, NPS for Customer Satisfaction Surveys

 

Minimum qualifications

Knowledge & Experience :

Educational Requirements 

Mandatory:

  • Master degree in Engineering
  • Hierarchical Management background
  • Quality management skills, 5 to 10 years of experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools
  • Fluent in English

Desirable:

  • Awareness on Processes and Products delivered in the project,
  • Experience in Railway Industry

  • Collaboration/Teamwork and Customer oriented
  • Rigor, Communication, ability to say no, resilience
  • knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM,...) and quality tools
