Your main responsibilities:


- On-site support: coordination with the Project PI Manager, the Operational Deposit Manager, in QCD objectives:
- Manage activities related to the opening/closing/transfer of a warranty deposit, anywhere in France for a warranty or maintenance contract: identify & manage bungalows, tools, installation constraints....
- Support inventories of all warranty items (tools, bungalows...), support tool management process;
- Support supplier activities related to depots.
- Drive the action plans.
- Travel to be expected throughout France (estimate 30%).


Qualifications :
- Rigor
- Autonomy
- Animator and federator of the IP processes and tools.
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in an operational position;
- Team player;
- Appetence for transversal activities that can be used by the whole organization;
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, CMMS maintenance tools (e.g. Maximo);
- Fluency in English and French.
