We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Head of Project Quality & Safety Manager for our site in Crespin, France


Your mission :


As head of Project quality & safety team, your main activities and responsibilities will be :

- to manage and coordinate Quality manager involved and engaged in their role in Project Core teams

- to ensure deployment of AT Quality project & safety policies within the team and that associated processes are well applied (e. g: Development for Quality process, safety product processes..)

- to involve the team in Continuous improvement initiatives in line with their scope of responsibilities

- to understand interfaces and facilitate activities between the team and other Quality Metiers 

- to develop the team skills 

- to represent the site quality director as deputy

- to support the team with customer relationships



Your profile :


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • BAC+5 or higher degree in Engineering
  • LEAN Management, Continuous improvement management, SIGMA knowledge
  • Knowledge of specific ISO standards
  • Fluent French and English knowledge
  • Project Management knowledge would be desired
  • Leadership skills
