The Quality and Software Manager is in charge of managing the Engineering Quality and the Software Quality Team and ensure that the deliveries from the site are at the right quality level. 

Your responsibilities


  • Make sure that Engineering standards are well known and applied : alert in case of deviation, manage corrective actions when necessary and propose improvements when relevant
  • Improve quality engineering standards with the return of experience
  • Ensure that Tender Design Review and Tender Gate Review is implemented, monitored and maintained
  • Check quality status of engineering deliverables and design review
  • Make sure that design reviews are efficientlly held, follow action plan and update design review status
  • Manage Software quality team local & external to the site


Knowledge & experience


Master degree in Engineering with specialty in electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical or equivalent and 5 to 10 years of experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving tools. You are teamwork and customer oriented, with strong sense of synthesis and experience in managing complex issues. You are rigorous, proactive and able to deal with different projects and missions. 

Experience in Quality/Audit are appreciated. Spoken and written English is mandatory.
