COE Interiors SPQD Group Leader (M/F)
Location: Valenciennes
You will join the Center of Excellence Interiors, key player in the design and development of the train interiors parts.: With more than 160 People, de 22 different nationalities, designers ,Buyer, Industrial, Projects Managers & experts, working on national and international projects.

What are my responsibilities?
Manage the competency / expertise growth of a SPQD Engineers Team
Ensure full application of SPQD CoE Ways of working on his team / scope
Reporting & Links:
- Reports to : Interiors SPQD Manager
- Manages: one SPQD Engineers team dedicated to one Interiors family of products
Network & Links
Internal Interfaces : CoE Team : SPQD Manager, Project Managers, Industrial Manager, Sourcing Group leaders, Engineering Group Leaders...
Internal customers : Project Quality Manager, SQ Serial, project SPQD
External Interfaces: Suppliers, End customers
Responsibilities
Manage a SPQD Engineers team and associated workload by :
- Leading the team
- Assessing the expertise / competency growth of his/her team
- Obtaining the % of FAI Go on time on his scope
- Animating the supplier problem solving (8D)
Anticipate the risks and early warn management in CoE Business / Projects
Ensure SPQD referential application within the team (Alstom SQ rules, ways of working,…)
Analyze the 8D of suppliers during pre-serial production and revenue service phase and ensure quick response from suppliers
Animate return of experience with the SPQD team and share it with Engineering team
Analyze and capitalize Return of Experience from projects change requests and update DFMEA accordingly
Promote Continuous Improvement by sharing the best practices and proposing the necessary Documentation changes
Develops skills of the internship or school alternants
Minimum qualifications - Knowledge & Experience :
3 to 5 years’ experience in Supplier Quality Assurance, Production management, engineering or industrial Engineering
Experience in team management
Strong knowledge of Problem solving methods (8D, QRQC, …) and Risk Analysis Method (FMEA,…)
Good technical knowledge in either composite parts and processes and in metallic parts and processes
Able to work in an international, multi-sites and matrix organization
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
English written and spoken mandatory
