You will join the Components Developement Site (CDS) Interiors, key player in the design and develpment of the train interior parts. With more than 160 people, from 22 different nationalities - Designers, Buyers, Industrials, Projects Managers & experts - working on national and international projects.

The SPQD (Supplier Project Quality Development) Leader manages the competency / expertise growth of a Supplier Quality Engineers team and ensures the full application of SPQD CDS ways of working on his team and scope. 


Your responsibilities

  • Manage a team of supplier quality engineers and associated workload : assessing the competency growth of the team, animating the supplier problem solving
  • Anticipate the risks and early warn management in CDS Business / Projects
  • Analyze the 8D of suppliers during pre-serial production and revenue service phase and ensure quick response from suppliers
  • Promote continuous improvement by sharing the best practices and proposing the necessary documentation changes
  • Analyze and capitalize Return of Experience with the Supplier Quality team and share it with Engineering team


Knowledge and experience :

Master degree or engineering school with a minimum experience of 5 years in supplier quality assurance, production management, engineering or industrial engineering. You have a demonstrated experience in team management and strong knowledge of problem solving methods (8D, QRQC ...) and risk analysis method (FMEA). Good technical knowledge on metallic / plastic processes is an asset. 

Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization, good communication and interpersonal skills.

English written and spoken is mandatory.
