Alstom Valenciennes Petite-Forêt gives you the opportunity to integrate as apprentice an international group, in a multicultural and matrix organization. Alstom Center of Excellence (CoE) Interiors provides a global expertise in the design & supply of interiors for railway business. It’s a highly skilled multi-expertise unit in Interiors. Actually the center groups 100 people from 18 different nationalities, and we would like to continue the growth with talented and passionate people!
Missions :
- Designs interiors parts of the train in the digital mock-up using Catia V5, taking into consideration inputs such as weight, acoustics, eco design, aerodynamics and aeraulics
- Optimizes the parts design to reach recurring and non-recurring costs targets and ensure the committed planning
- Works with other team members, suppliers, and external engineering sub-contractors.
- Checks digital mock-up consistency (no interferences, equipments localisation and volume, interfaces...)
- Deploys and applies on project procedures, catalogue and standard solutions
- Prepares with Lead Engineer support, design review elements
Softwares and languages :
· Knowledge on CATIA V5
· Good English
Behavioral and Technical Skills / Competencies :
- Self-learner, hard worker and determined to succeed
- Able to work in an international, multi-sites and matrix organization.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired profile :
Preparation Bac + 5 (Engineering school)
