We are looking for a Buyer who will join our Buyer Team within the Center of Excellence Interior. His main missions will be :

• Support project execution by managing suppliers Quality/Delivery/Cost (QCD) performances
• Applies & support Alstom Transport sourcing rules, process & tools
• Challenge central sourcing (Sourcing Commodity Manager) to secure project execution and profitability in escalation phase
• Negotiate, contract with suppliers, manage Suppliers QCD performances
• Perfom regular supplier QCD performance, solves major issues and secure objectives achievement
• Work closely to CoE Engineering and Supplier Quality team to secure project execution and profitability
• Track sourcing performance in project and issue action plan in case of deviation
• Analyses risks and sets appropriate mitigation plan
• Formalize and share Return of Experience on main issues
• Secure Purchase Orders placed on time

Operationnal excellence & Cash focus:

• Support quality on Non Conformity Reports (NCR) treatment and improvement,  Cost Of Non-Quality (CONQ) management
• Support accounting departement to align on invoice accounting and payable days
• Actively participate on industrial continous improvement
