Mission :

Nous recherchons un assistant acheteur pour assister les acheteurs du projet dans les activités d'achat, de la phase d'appel d'offres à la phase série, sur des périmètres définis (collecte des appels d'offres, échanges de fournisseurs, préparation des attributions, processus de commande, suivi de la contractualisation...). De plus, l'apprenti pourra se voir confier d'autres missions relatives à l'amélioration continue ou à la collecte et l'analyse de données.

Contexte : 

Nous concevons les pièces de l'intérieur des trains dans notre centre d'excellence et ces produits sont fabriqués par nos fournisseurs internationaux. 

Notre organisation est une structure multiculturelle et internationale et plus de 20 nationalités y sont représentées.

Management:

Rattaché(e) au chef du groupe de sourcing ou à l'acheteur de projet expérimenté.

Profil :

Nous recherchons un candidat BAC + 2/3 minimum issu d'une école de commerce (la sensibilité à la technique est un plus) ou d'une école d'ingénieur (spécialité mécanique avec un esprit commercial).

Il/elle est capable de parler français et anglais (une autre langue est un plus)

Mission:

We are looking for an assistant buyer to support the project buyers on Procurement activities from RFQ stage to Serial phase on some defined scopes (RFQ package collect, suppliers exchanges, Business awards preparation, Purchasing order process, Contractualization follow-ups...). On top of this, the apprenctice could be assigned other transversal activities related to continuous improvement intiatives or data collection / analysis.

Context :

We are designing  the Train Interiors parts  in our center of Excellence and those products are manufactured by our worldwide suppliers. 

Our organization is a multicultural and international structure and more than 20 nationalities are representing.

Management:

Will report to the Sourcing Group Leader or Experienced Project Buyer

Profil:

We are looking for a candidate BAC + 2/3 minimum from a business school (technical background sensibility is a plus) or from an engineering school (mechanical speciality with a commercial mindset). He/She is able to speak French and English (Another language is a plus).
