Could you be the full-time Production Manager in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical/mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and result-oriented teammates.

You'll drive operational excellence and enhance productivity within our production teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Methods, Maintenance, Quality & CI, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Warehouse, Testing), enforce safety and quality standards, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of capacity and workload management, including People Utilization and Productivity improvement, but also managing tools and addressing Internal & External Demerits.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Enforcing company safety rules and improving EHS (Environment, Health and Safety)

  • Managing production teams and monitoring daily activities

  • Delivering production in line with quality, cost, and delivery targets

  • Defining and driving the implementation of operational and managerial improvement plans

  • Developing autonomous production teams and representing Site management

  • Ensuring safety training and compliance with production quality

  • Driving continuous improvement of processes and managing department KPIs

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant area

  • Knowledge of production systems (lean manufacturing), and basics in Supply Chain

  • Proven ability to summarize and focus on critical issues

  • Experience working with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to drive results

  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation

  • Experience in multi-cultural management and the ability to manage teams in cross-cultural relationships
