Could you be the full-time **EPU Manager** in **Maneja** we’re looking for?

 

 


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your **production management and leadership** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **dedicated and collaborative** teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cable shop, meeting organizational targets effectively, and driving excellence in production activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Plant Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Method, and Procurement), oversee production schedules, and implement continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating production plans and tracking performance, but also leading a team of union and contractual labor from the front.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Control, coordination, and monitoring of all production activities in the cable shop until dispatch

  • Planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements

  • Facilitating daily production meetings (Level 1) and participating in Level 2 meetings

  • Ensuring production tools and equipment calibration status

  • Managing and maintaining the asset list

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Kaizens

  • Improving productivity through time motion studies and hours standardization

  • Preparing monthly, weekly, and daily production plans in coordination with various departments

  • Ensuring smooth functioning of the production area and equipment

  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of quality requirements and KPIs that impact product quality

  • Engineering degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the railway industry

  • Technical knowledge of railway products, including cubicles, propulsions, harnesses, and systems

  • A high level of numerical and analytical ability

  • Well-developed communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and project planning tools

  • Experience in shopfloor handling

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Experience in cabling processes
