Could you be the full-time Site SAP Expert in Bilbao we’re looking for?  

 

 

Your future role 

Take on a new challenge and apply your Key User and SAP expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and talented teammates. 

You'll manage and coordinate the good performance and usage of the corporative SAP ERP system (GSI) in Alstom’s Trapaga Site mainly related to the MM and PP modules.

You’ll coordinate, identify and develop within the business about specific local tools (Macro, PowerBI tool..) covering local needs sustained on the raw data coming from the ERP

You will work also closely with teams across the business (RBPE community, central IT), ensuring the achievement of GSI KPIs Performance and participating on the implementation of new developments of existing change requests in the site.

 

You’ll be the first point of contact for RBPE/BPO, IS&T and IS&T Partner, and the reference of local Management in relation to the GSI operative referred to the Site   industrial activities. We’ll look to you for:

  • Being the KU in Trapaga’s workplace location for Industrial Information System Tools: ERP(MM&PP), AOS:
  • Support business and local KU on the reporting management and resolution of incidents with IT central function.
  • Support business on the usage of the Industrial system tools(GSI and AOS) hand by hand with local KU
  • Coordinating with key users and business developing specific local tools according to local demand and needs based on the data from GSI.
  • Ensuring the achievement of the Site of performance KPIs related to GSI.
  • Ensuring consistency of business analysis and full respect of Core Model
  • Ensuring Change Management plan is covering the full scope of Business (training, organization, way of working, procedures, …)
  • Reporting deployment progress of implementation of change requests or new developments coming from IT central function.
  • Encouraging and animating the KU community to exchange best practices.

  • Technical Education / Master's degree in Industrial Engineering /Computer Science
  • SAP Certification – desirable
  • 5 years or more of proven SAP based ERP Key User in PP/MM modules experience preferably in a Multinational Company in similar positions (Expert KU or PM)
  • Proficiency Knowledge of SAP ERP
  • High knowledge of Microsoft application tools for data analysis and management such as PowerBI, Power app.
  • Hogh knowledge of Excel(macros)
  • Foreign language: English (mandatory), French (valuable )
  • Experience in deployment processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
