 Accounting Analyst in Vizcaya (Valle de Trapaga), Spain.

 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Manage the accounting and reporting tasks for the company and supporting the team during the implementation of the new ERP. 

 

DURATION: Temporary (12-15 months)

 

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

 

  • Colaborate together with the chief of accountant on the Closing of the books monthly and ensure the Journal Entry booking time
  • Review Bank accounts reconciliation & Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Calendar closing review
  • Support tax & Legal department for finance and reporting proposes
  • Colaborate in the Statutory Accounting, obtained all the support information from the ERP
  • Cadency certification of accounts, reviewer for Group together with the chief of accountant
  • UTE´s administration: accounting, payments, taxes, etc.
  • Official Surveys
  • Support with all the administrative tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger

 

YOUR COMPETENCIES:

  • FP or university degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Up to 3 years experience in accounting and consolidation analyst position in an international company. 
  • Good working knowledge of Excel,AS400 and SAP
  • Ability to use integrated financial systems
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Good communication skills
  • Demostrate Teamwork, Honestry and Integrity
  • Excellent analytical skills
