Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager in Toulouse we’re looking for?

 

The Electrical Development Center (EDC) in Toulouse is responsible to develop electrical products from detailed design stage until the serial go.

 

Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise our Electrical Development Center. You’ll report to Lionel Cervantes, Head of Projects & Operations, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including an Electrical Project Manager or a Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM) on multiple (and varied) end-to-end tenders and in contract or program execution.  You’ll propose recommendations, manage efficiently planning deliverable issuance and facilitate the synchronization of internal stakeholders.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Assessing on-time delivery of projects across end to end Electrical pre-serial phase
  • Applying the project scheduling process & juggle with various alternatives
  • Logically sequencing and linking all activities
  • Efficient management and deliverable issuance
  • Proactive reports for customers, core team and corporate stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management and productive meetings
  • Leading regular schedule reviews vs progress status management
  • Effective project execution plans and strategies
  • Contributing to team agility & transverse alignment

  • Degree in engineering or something similar
  • A project management and an industrial background
  • Possible prior experience as a Planning or Project Manager in Development, in Sub-Systems, Operations, Industrial whether in Transportation, Construction or other industrial field.
  • Analytical thinking, solution focus and resilience
  • Ability to adapt, influence and negotiate
  • Capable to anticipate issues and to be proactive
  • Familiarity with design-build complex projects, tendering, engineering, sourcing, supply chain, and quality processes.
