Could you be the full-time Operations Project Leader in Toulouse we’re looking for?

 

The Electrical Development Center (EDC) in Toulouse is responsible to develop electrical products from detailed design stage until the serial go.

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Pierre-Olivier GOUDABLE, Operations Leaders Manager, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensure Quality & Deadlines respect on deliveries (physical harness and cubicles) to internal customers (train manufacturing site TMS).
  • Coordinate the electrical products operational activities with internal sub-system stakeholders and manufacturers; in order to ensure the manufacturing readiness on time, the products deliveries on time and manufacturing ramp-up.
  • Ensure the configuration of the delivered products “as to be built configuration” and the follow-up of the configuration upgrade action plan.
  • Be the main EDC focal point of the manufacturers.
  • During the Train electrical activities, you will have to identify the project strategy of operations.

  • A project management and an industrial background
  • Possible prior experience as a Planning or Project Manager in Development, in Sub-Systems, Operations, Industrial whether in Transportation, Construction or other industrial field.
  • Analytical thinking, solution focus and resilience
  • Ability to adapt, influence and negotiate
  • Capable to anticipate issues and to be proactive
