Could you be the full-time Electrical Project/Program manager in Toulouse we’re looking for?
The Electrical Development Center (EDC) in Toulouse is responsible to develop electrical products from detailed design stage until the serial go. Managing overall activities from design, manufacturing and retrofit.
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Maria CAMPOSANO, Head of Project Management, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates. Lead program & project activies from detailed Design stage till the end of Pre-Serial Manufacturing with a full program team (including planning, engineering, operations ...)!
We’ll look to you for:
During project development phase:
• Coordinate End to End project activities around various stakeholders to ensure QCDT deliverables: Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing, Configuration & Retrofit Teams, Train Fitting & Lead Unit project team
• Secure project execution and communication around planning challenges, risk and savings
• Manage project finance throught recurring, non-recurring cost and variation orders achievements for electrical activities from Tender handover to serial start
• Support Project team internal and external by communicating, defining solutions and escalating when needed
• Anticipate and alert in case of QCD deviation and propose appropriate action plan to recover (mitigation plan)
• Prepare Project Monthly Review for management
• Lead organization to manage modifications in relation with Configuration & Change Management strategy defined with the project
• Manage first deliveries, retrofit configuration and application
During project serial phase :
• Propose organization to manage modifications during serial life of the project
Transverse activities:
• Promote EDC way of working and accelerate understanding of electrical products development process
• Actively participate to continuous improvement with Return of Experience, best practices & solution deployments
• Ensures that Design for Quality process is applied for electrical products of his project and lead it
• Support to Tender phase when needed
All about you:
• 5 years of experience in Program Management in an industry environment
• Management of multidisciplinary & international teams in a matrix organization structure (Fluent level of French & English needed)
• Capable to anticipate issues and to be highly proactive
• Ability to prioritize and to work effectively under pressure to meet the deadline
• Background in electrical components, electrical products developments in industry , or similar is a strong plus
• Regular travels
