Purpose of the job:

You will be in charge of the Quality Development scope (Quality Control, Customer Satisfaction, Quality Management System, Problem Solving, DFQ management) for Electrical topics related to harnesses and cubicles in direct link with Quality Managers of the 2 other CoE sites.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of Quality of COE Elec / TE inputs and outputs (Eng & Indus)
  • Build and animate QMS for COE Elec TLS (in purpose of ISO / IRIS Audit)
  • Build and animate Electrical DFQ for looms and cubicles

Measure customer satisfaction & set-up associated action plans


Main responsabilities:

  • Ensure continuous improvement of Quality of COE Elec / Train Electrical inputs and outputs:
    • Ensure non-conformities are properly categorized and recorded by all actors
    • Monitor COE Elec internal NC: support development and indus teams to identify root cause and to define corrective action and non-recurrence, monitor implementation
    • Propose all solutions to improve processes and methodologies deployed by the CoE Elec
  • Build and animate QMS:
    • Define clear SIPOC and processes for Electrical scope
    • Ensure COE Elec ramp up for being ISO and IRIS auditable
    • In charge of preparation and ISO & IRIS audits lead
  • Build and animate Electrical DFQ for looms and cubicles:
    • In liaise with PMO & Quality Central, propose a DFQ check list for Electrical sub system
    • Ensure that this new DFQ is taken into account at project level
  • Measure customer satisfaction & set-up associated action plans
    • Define and lead customer surveys

  • 3 years’ Experience in (Electrical) Engineering Quality

  • Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure.
  • Pro-activity and customer focus
  • Strong Quality mindset (problem solving mindset)
  • Structured and logical, Macro knowledge is a plus



  • Knowledgeable of Electrical harnesses
  • Knowledgeable of Quality tools (8D, QRQC, ….)
