Could you be the full-time Bid Manager in Toulouse we’re looking for? 


Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Arnaud Aimé (Bid Team Manager).
You'll define the most appropriate offer, ensuring competitiveness and compliance to technical requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with international teams across the business, like engineering, procurement, manufacturing and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of bids preparation and validation.


We’ll look to you for: 
•    Manage information from internal/external customer and Sales relating to the bid process and ensure timely implementation.
•    Coordinate multi-functional bid teams in charge of developing technical and commercial solutions offered to our customers.
•    Contribute to definition of relevant target cost and challenge of internal functions.
•    Coordinate risks & opportunities, building harmonized schedule.
•    Ensure compliance to internal bid process and governance.
•    Coordinate preparation of submission documents  
•    Follow-up of final negotiation and hand-over to project execution

•    Technical degree in an Engineering – or mixed with economics - discipline (Mechanical, Electrical preferred).
•    5 - 7 years of experience in project management/bids/sales/procurement
•    Capacity to listen to various stakeholders and understand complex situations.
•    Ability to convince internal EDC and external EDC stakeholders.
•    Ability to meet high quality and accuracy standards.
•    Presentation skills (written and oral)
•    Team oriented
•    Experience of working with other cultures
•    Knowledge and skills in MS Office
•    Business fluent level in French and English languages
